It is easy to get caught up in all the "musts" and details and then it's nice to have a planner who guides and inspires you so that the planning will be fun and enjoyable again. Don't forget that it is YOUR day.
Below are some examples of my services and prices. I always start with a free digital meeting where we can talk more about your needs and wants. After the meeting you'll get a planning proposal and if everything feels good we'll start planning your big day.

FOR WHO?
This package is suitable for you who want to plan most of the wedding yourself but have a wedding coordinator on site during the wedding day.
HOW DO WE START?
I always start with a free meeting (IRL or Skype) where we go through your needs and wishes. After that, you will receive a proposal for a layout based on our meeting.
TIME FRAMES
Approx. 2-3 months before the wedding, we go through all the details before your wedding day and you give me contact information for suppliers and key people.
Approx. 4-8 weeks before the wedding you will receive a detailed schedule for your wedding day.
Approx. 1-2 weeks before the wedding, we check the last details. If you are going to have a toastmaster / madame, I will go through the timetable and equipment with him.
Wedding day coordination
Meet suppliers and make sure they deliver what is agreed.
Make sure the wedding venue, reception- and ceremony areas are ready.
Double check that microphones and speakers are working correctly.
Assist toastmaster / madame.
Make sure that musicians and priests / wedding organizers are present, that everyone gets a wedding program and that the immediate family can sit at the front.
Continuously coordinate with your key people and suppliers / staff in the party room so that everything flows smoothly.
Solve any problems in the best possible way.
These are just some of the things I can help you with. My focus is on you being able to relax and enjoy your day and leave all the details to me.
On the wedding day
Pop-up wedding
This package can be booked on any date, but can also be booked on the fixed days we arrange pop-up weddings.

This package suits both those of you who want to enjoy your day alone or together with guests.
A pop-up wedding is like an entire wedding where you get the help of a wedding coordinator with all the planning and execution.
A pop-up wedding is usually carried out in places where weddings are not normally held, e.g. a beach, park or similar where equipment is required and someone to do all the setup.
In this package, you get my help to organize a private wedding in the desired area.
I make sure that everything needed is in place, e.g. electricity, speakers, officiant, benches, flowers and wedding arch.
After the wedding, there is the possibility of a mingle with drinks and snacks.
Scout location/venue for the wedding
Book a wedding officiant, photographer, catering, soloist, etc.
Setup of the wedding venue: benches, speakers, flowers, wedding arch etc.
Arrange with possibly wedding program and confetti.
Arrange the setup of the mingle area until after the wedding.
Collect food from catering and serve drinks.
