FOR WHO?
This package is suitable for you who want to plan most of the wedding yourself but have a wedding coordinator on site during the wedding day.

HOW DO WE START?
I always start with a free meeting (IRL or Skype) where we go through your needs and wishes. After that, you will receive a proposal for a layout based on our meeting.

TIME FRAMES
Approx. 2-3 months before the wedding, we go through all the details before your wedding day and you give me contact information for suppliers and key people.

Approx. 4-8 weeks before the wedding you will receive a detailed schedule for your wedding day.

Approx. 1-2 weeks before the wedding, we check the last details. If you are going to have a toastmaster / madame, I will go through the timetable and equipment with him.

Wedding day coordination

Meet suppliers and make sure they deliver what is agreed.

Make sure the wedding venue, reception- and ceremony areas are ready.

Double check that microphones and speakers are working correctly.

Assist toastmaster / madame.

Make sure that musicians and priests / wedding organizers are present, that everyone gets a wedding program and that the immediate family can sit at the front.

Continuously coordinate with your key people and suppliers / staff in the party room so that everything flows smoothly.

Solve any problems in the best possible way.

For those of you who do not have the time or perhaps the opportunity to plan an entire wedding by yourself, it can be nice to plan together with a professional. I will guide you through the entire planning process and make sure nothing is forgotten.

HOW DO WE START?
I always start with a free first meeting where we go through your ideas and needs and how far in the planning you have come. Some bridal couples know exactly what they want and what they want help with while others do not know much more than that it will be a wedding.

I always start with a free digital meeting where we can talk more about your needs and wants. After the meeting you'll get a planning proposal and if everything feels good we'll start planning your big day. 

THE PROCESS
As this package is tailored to your needs, the planning process is unique for your wedding. 

I usually start with a meeting where we immerse ourselves in your thoughts and wishes. Do you have a favorite song that just has to be played at the wedding? Or do you dream of a bohemian outdoor wedding? It's about getting to know you and setting the framework.

After the meeting, you will receive personal checklists where you can follow what is to be done, by whom and when. All lists, bookings and agreements are available digitally throughout the wedding planning.

When these elements are in place, we go deeper into the wedding planning. We delve into details about the theme and concept for your big day and you'll get suggestions for vendors that suits your style and budget. You can always feel confident that I only recommend the best vendors which I know will make your wedding day a success.

Throughout the planning, we have continuous meetings (often via Skype) where we go through updates and  questions. You have access to your own digital planning page where you get an overview of quotes, confirmations and what is being done at the moment and what is going on. In this way, you can easily create an overview of the planning.
